Do you understand and accept: The costs of poodle ownership, including grooming? The demands upon your time for play and exercise? That this is a long-term commitment for the rest of the dog's life? In rescue we deal with the unknown and usually do not have full medical histories on our animals. Coastal Poodle Rescue will disclose any and all information known about its rescues prior to every adoption. All rescues are spayed or neutered, current on shots, and heartworm negative prior to placement. Medical conditions and behavioral issues may arise after a placement and because there is no way to predict these issues, CPR is cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred after the adoption. If you are ready and have read the above-listed pages, you will need to gather the following information: Your current or previous vet name and phone number Current or previous groomer name and phone number Three references If you rent, your landlord's name and phone number. We keep your application active for 6 months. We will be in touch with you during that time, if we do not hear back from you during that time, we inactivate your application.
