Nova's Ideal Home: Relaxing environment, being close to her human and not left for long period of time
Nova's Favorite Things: Looking out at the world on the back of the sofa, basking in the sunshine on the patio with her human, Woofgang bacon and cheese treats, riding in the car and sleeping in bed with her human.
Making Friends with Nova: Hi, my name is Nova. Coastal Poodle Rescue gave me a wonderful foster home after my mommy could no longer care for me. I`m only 2 years old but I don`t have high energy like a puppy. I enjoy a more calm, relaxing life. Please give me plenty of time and patience to adjust to you because I`m very shy.

I love to walk on a leash and I get along with all other small dogs that I meet but large dogs scare me. I only bark if someone rings the doorbell or knocks; otherwise, loud noises don`t bother me.

If you are looking for a laid back sweet little companion, I may be your girl!

Current Health: Good. Monthly heartworm prevention, cannot take Trifexis. On medications to control mild, infrequent seizures and treat an inflammatory corneal condition in both eyes. Follow up visits with veterinary ophthalmologist a must.
Medicines Needed: Prevention and one half Potassium Bromide 250 mg tablet once per day plus Tacrolimus eye drop in both eyes 2 times daily
