| Making Friends with Phil: | My name is Phil and I am 9 years young. I am looking for an experienced dog owner to love and care for me. In return, I will give you many years of loyal companionship. I was removed from an abusive, alcoholic home and came into rescue not trusting the hand that fed me. Through loving foster parents, I have been able to trust again. I have had a few setbacks in the past, therefore, I will need a forever home without children. My foster mom has a wealth of information to help ensure a successful transition into a new, loving family. Phil is fostered in St. Lucie County.
